Passport.

Toiletries.
Carryon luggage.
Backpack/camera bag.
Swiss Army.
Duct tape.
Manually recharging flashlight/radio. EG: ccrane.com/dynamo_in_radio_windup_index.asp.
Cord.
Camera and batteries. Film if not high res digital.
Boxes of giveaways.
Waterproof notepad and pen.
Not too many clothes. It is cheaper and easier to just buy the clothes you'll need over there.
